While digestion starts from the mouth, it is also the place where the bacteria and toxins store themselves in the night. Result of it is bad breath and a white tongue. This state will also prevent you from sensing the real taste of foods resulting in you overeating. This state also confuses the body and the gut from digesting food resulting in indigestion and poor immunity.

So what is it that you should be doing to make sure that tongue is kept in the pink of its health:
-Gently Scrape your tongue for atleast 8-10 times from the back of the tongue to the front right after brushing your teeth
