Shredded Cucumber and Radish Salad with Lemon Dressing

Makes- 2 cups


  • 2 cucumbers, grated
  • 1 radish, grated
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp of roasted jeera powder
  • 1 dash powdered black pepper
  • Salt to taste


  • Combine the radishes, cucumbers, coriander leaves in a large bowl.
  • Add lemon juice in another bowl. Sprinkle some pepper powder, salt, jeera powder and whisk well.
  • Pour this over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve at once.
