Ingredients
- 1 small green Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 small green Cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled, coarsely grated
- 10 whole walnuts, chopped
- 4 shallots, trimmed, diagonally sliced
For Lemon Dressing
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 30 ml lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh continental parsley
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
Recipe
- Place the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, walnuts and shallots in a bowl. Toss well to combine.
- To make the dressing, whisk the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and parsley together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the salad and toss until well coated. Serve.
