It is a Whatsapp Group Program for a total of 14 days. 2 Live Sessions will be held on Day 0 and Day 14. Naina will be personally monitoring the Group and the Participants. The Meal plans will be provided for 14 days. Daily updates are expected to help you achieve your targets.
Individuals who are suffering from Diabetes Type 1, Kidney Complications, Cancer, are Pregnant or Lactating, IBS are not eligible for this Program
The goal of this Program is to help you start with your journey of Fat Loss at your pace within the confines of your current lifestyle and how disciplined you are. In the past, participants have seen a weight loss of atleast 2 kgs if followed well.
Cost of the Program: Rs. 5200
However, for the first 15 Registrations, we are giving an Early Bird Offer at Rs. 3800.
The following will be provided in the Program:
- You will join a Whatsapp Group. Naina will be there to guide you throughout the Program personally.
- Weekly Meal Plans will be provided
- Reading materials, recipes and videos will be given access to for 21 days from the start of the Program
- 2 live Sessions with Naina to make sure you are able to follow and also help you to clear your doubts.

We will be focusing on Meals that syncs with the season and is Ayurvedic friendly. We will not be focussing on calorie counting but will be focusing on proportions and ingredients. Good Fats, Quality Proteins, Complex Carbs and balancing nutrients from the meals is the focus. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be included
A Session will be conducted towards the end to clear any doubts and give an understanding of how to go about after the Program to continue achieving the Fat Loss Goals
